DEFINITION OF AGRICULTURAL TERRITORIAL MODEL AND STRATEGY OF OCCUPATION AND USE OF TERRITORIES

This document offers conceptual guidelines, criteria and instruments through which actors can make decisions and adopt policies, strategies and programs that contribute to an orderly occupation of rural territories and the efficient use of rural land as a means to promote progressive access to land ownership of peasant communities and agrarian workers, as well as rural public goods and services and productive infrastructure, with greater emphasis on food production and comprehensive development of agricultural, livestock, forestry, fishing and aquaculture activities, both from continental rural lands and coastal areas.

DEPARTMENTAL AGROLOGY PLAN OF HUILA

The UPRA and the Government of Huila, through the inter-administrative agreement CO1. PCCNTR.1425704 of 2020, propose the implementation of the first Agrologistics Plan, which aims to: Recognize the logistical capabilities of the Department of Huila, in order to maintain continuous, effective and efficient improvement in the logistical thematic axes of the prioritized productive alternatives in accordance with public policies and guidelines applicable to the sector, in accordance with the vocation and productive development of the region.

The Departmental Development Plan is one of the key planning instruments for implementing the national policy of the agricultural sector and rural development as outlined in the current National Development Plan (PND) 2014-2018 "All for a New Country." This is specifically aligned with the strategic axis of "rural transformation" and the policies of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

DEPARTMENTAL IRRIGATION PLAN OF CUNDINAMARCA

The Departmental Irrigation Plan of Cundinamarca is an instrument that guides the planning and management of the territory; it focuses and prioritizes investments, in accordance with the specificities of the territory, national and departmental policies, in order to contribute to the increase of agricultural productivity and the promotion of rural development in the department. The plan has a projection to 2039, in accordance with the National Irrigation Plan.

This document provides policy, planning and management guidelines for rural agricultural development, together with a conceptual basis and corresponding methodological elements, in order to provide criteria to develop a rural agricultural component, following the structure of planning processes for the preparation of PODs, raised through the COT 10 Agreement of 2016.

This technical document contains the Departmental Plan for Agrologistics of Meta, which contains the results obtained in the Characterization phase, in which the current state of logistics of agricultural products in the department was identified and analyzed. Different aspects were reviewed through four thematic axes: Institutionality and regulations, Human, social and business talent, Infrastructure and services, and Information and communications technologies.
