ACTION PLAN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND CONSOLIDATION OF THE PRODUCTIVE CHAIN OF COMMERCIAL FOREST PLANTATIONS TO OBTAIN WOOD 2018-2038

With the delivery of guidelines and the action plan, the first phase of the public policy cycle regarding the productive chain of commercial forest plantations for wood production, ends. The second phase will be promotion of the guidelines and action plan at political, managerial and operational levels of the institutions related to the productive chain for its official declaration as public policy and implementation.

The Rural Agricultural Planning Unit (UPRA) prepared a booklet that standardizes the most common types of contracts, normally used in the agricultural sector. This booklet gathers definitions, concepts of each contractual model, legal implications, benefits and difficulties in its implementation.

Together with the booklet that standardizes the most common types of contracts normally used in the agricultural sector, the Rural Agricultural Planning Unit (UPRA) prepared forms, that are documents that contain the minimum elements of guidance to consolidate a contract. The clauses contain an orientation towards the most favorable conditions for the agricultural sector.

AGRICULTURAL LANDSCAPE: INCLUSION IN TERRITORIAL PLANNING

This proposal for the insertion of the concept of agricultural landscape in UPRA's agricultural land planning is a contribution to the agricultural sector in order to put agricultural landscapes in a relevant place in national agricultural, heritage, planning and territorial land-use policies, as well as related international agreements that allow the country to be at the forefront of global initiatives.

This document reviewed instruments and methodologies developed in the international and national contexts and from the Agricultural Rural Planning Unit (UPRA), to manage the logistics of agricultural supply chains. Initially, the conceptual bases were identified, based on the definition of terms such as logistics, supply chain management, logistics infrastructure, logistics processes and services, logistics performance and agrologistics, the latter as a subdiscipline of logistics, focused on chains. of agricultural supply.

ANALYSIS OF INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCES

In the effort to formulate a Social Rural Property Planning in Colombia, the Rural Agricultural Planning Unit (UPRA) has conducted an analysis of the international landscape and public policies related to the distribution of rural property and agrarian structure, land access, rural land market regularization, regulation of ownership rights, state land administration, and other key aspects of Social Property Planning. These have emerged as reform instruments in agrarian reform in Latin America over the last century.
