In compliance with Law 1712 of March 6, 2014, the Rural Agricultural Planning Unit makes the following information available to the public.
- Open Data - UPRA, in compliance with the Transparency and Access to Information Law, provides, in accordance with the index of reserved and classified public information and the records of information assets, the data published on the Open Data Colombia portal.

In compliance with the provisions of the National Archives, in Agreement 046 of 2000 "Which establishes the procedure for document elimination," and Agreement 004 of 2019, Article 22, Document Elimination, as well as what is defined in Law 1712 of 2014, the Transparency Law, which establishes in Article 11, subsection j, that Information Assets must be proactively published before the document elimination process, the entity must publish the inventory of documents that have completed their retention period and can therefore be eliminated, on the website or, alternatively, through existing dissemination media, for a period of sixty (60) business days, so that citizens can submit their observations about this process to the entity and to the National Archives Jorge Palacios Preciado.
