Strategic Planning & Control
This process is responsible for permanently developing actions in execution of UPRA's strategic plan, with which strategic inputs, resources, products and services are managed to position the entity as a leader in the consolidation of the country's agricultural planning model. It applies instruments established for formulation, monitoring and evaluation of institutional plans, programs and projects in compliance with their mission in accordance with sectoral guidelines; as well as to ensure the design, implementation and maintenance of the Management System (SG according to its acronym in Spanish).
