Juan Pablo Sandoval Castaño
Economist from the National University of Colombia, with a Master's degree in Economic Institutions and Systems from the University of Picardie Jules Verne (France).
He has more than 20 years of professional experience, most recently as deputy technical director of Land Use Planning at the National Planning Department (DNP) and, previously, as an advisor to the General Directorate of the Unit for the Search for Missing Persons (UBPD). He has also worked on agricultural issues at the Comptroller General's Office and Global Communities, and was a consultant at the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), in addition to being a university professor.

Alexander Rodríguez Romero
Master in Economic Sciences and economist from the National University of Colombia, with over 18 years of professional experience in the agricultural sector, particularly in the technical and strategic leadership of projects related to information analysis applied to rural contexts.
Skills in strategic prioritization, structuring, and management of projects related to agricultural rural planning, monitoring and evaluation of sectoral public policies; in the methodological and operational design of projects to collect data that impacts the economic, social, and environmental development of rural communities, and in data processing and information analysis, ensuring the achievement of objectives and deadlines.
Leadership of multidisciplinary teams in topics such as characterization of agricultural productive chains, market functioning for agricultural, livestock, fisheries, and aquaculture products, market information systems; efficient use of rural land for agricultural purposes and land adaptation planning, as well as formulation of public policy guidelines and criteria in these areas.
In the academic field, he has worked as a lecturer at various Colombian universities, in areas such as macroeconomics, microeconomics, econometrics, and economic situation. His technical and pedagogical experience has enabled him to train professionals with a high level of competence in economic analysis and evidence-based decision making.

Adriana Pérez Orozco
Master's in Planning and Management of Sustainable Territorial Habitat from La Gran Colombia University, with a thesis awarded Cum Laudem distinction, focusing on the analysis of the peasant subject's situation in protected areas from the perspective of environmental justice and a rights-based approach.
She has extensive experience in the agricultural and environmental sectors, with over 20 years of work in the public sector. Her emphasis has been on coordinating, leading, and managing territorial planning processes, rural and environmental planning, guiding initiatives for biodiversity conservation and protected areas, and developing processes of consultation and collaboration with ethnic communities and rural peasant communities.

Juan Carlos López Gómez
Lawyer, specialist in Senior Management and Business Law, and master's in Commercial Law. With experience in building national legal defense strategies, as well as in the development of public policies, international cooperation agreements, and regulatory projects.
He has worked in various fields, including as a litigation lawyer, consultant, advisor, teacher, and executive in private companies and public entities.

Paola Andrea Zambrano García
Mechatronics engineer with a PhD in Engineering and more than 15 years of experience in data analysis, modeling, and technological solution development. She has worked as a data scientist in the financial and mining-energy sectors, applying machine learning and advanced analytics to support evidence-based decision-making. She has experience in industrial automation systems, system dynamics, bio-inspired algorithms, SQL database management, and geospatial information systems in QGIS. She is proficient in languages and tools such as Python, Java, Matlab, Vensim, and NetLogo.
She has also been a researcher at Wageningen University (Netherlands) and a professor at the National University of Colombia, the University of the Andes, and the Pontifical Xavierian University on topics related to artificial intelligence and agent-based models.

Anamaría Fuentes Baca
Agricultural engineer from the National University of Colombia, with a master's degree in Sustainable Territorial Planning and Management. She has more than 25 years of experience in environmental and agricultural management in various NGOs and national and regional government institutions, with an emphasis on rural development, biodiversity conservation, relations with local communities (especially rural communities), protected areas, planning, and public policy.

Osman Benjamín Vargas Rozo
Industrial engineer and master's degree in administration with more than 13 years of experience in the design, implementation, and evaluation of public policies, productive development programs, and institutional planning strategies.
He has led processes in national and international cooperation entities such as Colombia Productiva of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism, the United Nations Development Program, and the National University of Colombia, focused on improving business productivity, entrepreneurship, and strategic public management from roles in technical and planning areas.

Ledys Patricia Lora Rodelo
Lawyer and social communicator, specialist in Administrative Law and Procedural Law, with experience in the public and private sectors. Her career has focused on agricultural, environmental, and human rights issues, with special emphasis on land management, property formalization, and strengthening territorial governance.
She led the implementation and monitoring of activities aimed at formalizing ownership of vacant land in favor of vulnerable rural households and victims of armed conflict within the framework of the IOM's New Territories of Peace Program. At the Ombudsman's Office, she was part of the delegation for Agrarian and Land Affairs and participated in the design, planning, and execution of programs and projects aimed at monitoring public agrarian policy and protecting the human rights of the peasant population.

Sandra Milena Ruano Reyes
Business Administrator from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, Specialist in International Relations, Specialist in Labor Law and Industrial Relations from Universidad Externado de Colombia, Master's degree in Management from Universidad del Rosario and managerial postgraduate degree in Strategic Implementation from the University of Pittsburgh. NTCGP auditor: 1000-MECI, certified by Icontec (Colombian Institute of Technical Standards) International.
She has held the position of Administrative Director in the area of human resources within the private sector. She has experience in public management: she was an advisor to the General Directorate of National Public Budget, advisor to the Office of Internal Control and participated as leading auditor in internal quality audits at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.

Mónica Cortés Pulido
Social Communicator and Journalist from Universidad Los Libertadores with a specialization in Public Opinion and Political Marketing from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. She won the Simón Bolívar Award in Journalism for Best Coverage of a News Story on Television.
She held the position of Communications Advisor at Banco Agrario de Colombia and at the Ombudsman's office of Bogotá, Press Officer at the Mayor's Office of Bogotá and reporter for Public Order and Bogotá at RCN TV News.
She has extensive experience in advising on strategic communications to senior executives and officials of public and private entities, as well as candidates for the Senate of the Republic and Bogotá Council; instructor in training programs for spokespersons and media management and facilitator in workshops crisis management.
