A lawyer specializing in labor law and social security law, with a master’s degree in law and extensive experience in the public sector, he has served as a public defender at the Ombudsman’s Office, as a lawyer at the Special Administrative Unit for Land Restitution, and as a legal advisor at the National Protection Unit (UNP) and the Ministry of the Interior; as well as having served as Legal Advisor at the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC), among other positions.

Throughout her career in the public sector, she has developed solid experience in the legal and administrative fields, along with leadership and team coordination skills, decision-making abilities, and goal-oriented management.

Master in Economic Sciences and economist from the National University of Colombia, with over 18 years of professional experience in the agricultural sector, particularly in the technical and strategic leadership of projects related to information analysis applied to rural contexts.

Skills in strategic prioritization, structuring, and management of projects related to agricultural rural planning, monitoring and evaluation of sectoral public policies; in the methodological and operational design of projects to collect data that impacts the economic, social, and environmental development of rural communities, and in data processing and information analysis, ensuring the achievement of objectives and deadlines. 

Leadership of multidisciplinary teams in topics such as characterization of agricultural productive chains, market functioning for agricultural, livestock, fisheries, and aquaculture products, market information systems; efficient use of rural land for agricultural purposes and land adaptation planning, as well as formulation of public policy guidelines and criteria in these areas. 

In the academic field, he has worked as a lecturer at various Colombian universities, in areas such as macroeconomics, microeconomics, econometrics, and economic situation. His technical and pedagogical experience has enabled him to train professionals with a high level of competence in economic analysis and evidence-based decision making.

Forest engineer with a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning. Throughout her professional career, she has contributed her expertise to UPRA since November 2013 as a collaborator and, since 2023, as a career civil servant. Throughout her time at the agency, she has made valuable contributions to the Public Policy Monitoring and Evaluation (SEPP) group by consolidating and maintaining the baseline data for the Social Organization of Property and the Land Market, and by leading the teams responsible for Land Use Planning, Technical Assistance, and the implementation of the Rural Agricultural Land Use Planning Strategy.

A cadastral engineer and geodesist specializing in Geographic Information Systems, with more than 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors. She has led strategic initiatives in land-use planning, spatial information management, and the development of geographic information systems, contributing significantly to the modernization of processes and data-driven decision-making.

Her experience includes managing the Capital District’s Spatial Data Infrastructure (IDECA), where, for nearly two years, she promoted interagency coordination and innovation in the production, management, and use of geospatial information. He has spearheaded high-impact projects such as the Multipurpose Cadastre, the National Agricultural Census, and real estate rights management, incorporating emerging technologies and innovative methodologies to enhance efficiency and transparency in land administration.

Agricultural engineer, specialist in natural resource management, and holder of a master’s degree in geography, with more than 25 years of professional experience in rural development, land-use planning, environmental management, rural public policy, productive restructuring, ecological restoration, and agricultural technical assistance.

He has extensive experience as a lead auditor for certifications in Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Good Livestock Practices (GLP), organic production, GLOBALG. A.P., and international sustainability standards; knowledge he has applied throughout his career in the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of rural programs and projects in national and district-level public entities, where he has distinguished himself through the coordination of interdisciplinary teams, the management of public policies, and the promotion of sustainable production systems.

Professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economist, and Specialist in Investment Projects, with extensive experience in the public sector, focused on public investment as well as strategic and operational planning. His career has primarily developed within the agricultural, higher education, and equity sectors, where he has contributed to the design, management, and monitoring of high-impact social and economic projects aligned with institutional objectives and the efficient use of public resources.

​Business Administrator from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, Specialist in International Relations, Specialist in Labor Law and Industrial Relations from Universidad Externado de Colombia, Master's degree in Management from Universidad del Rosario and managerial postgraduate degree in Strategic Implementation from the University of Pittsburgh. NTCGP auditor: 1000-MECI, certified by Icontec (Colombian Institute of Technical Standards) International.

She has held the position of Administrative Director in the area of ​​human resources within the private sector. She has experience in public management: she was an advisor to the General Directorate of National Public Budget, advisor to the Office of Internal Control and participated as leading auditor in internal quality audits at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.​

Social Communicator and Journalist from Universidad Los Libertadores with a specialization in Public Opinion and Political Marketing from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. She won the Simón Bolívar Award in Journalism for Best Coverage of a News Story on Television. 

She held the position of Communications Advisor at Banco Agrario de Colombia and at the Ombudsman's office of Bogotá, Press Officer at the Mayor's Office of Bogotá and reporter for Public Order and Bogotá at RCN TV News.

She has extensive experience in advising on strategic communications to senior executives and officials of public and private entities, as well as candidates for the Senate of the Republic and Bogotá Council; instructor in training programs for spokespersons and media management and facilitator in workshops crisis management.
