This document is a technical report of suitability zoning for commercial cultivation with increasing technology of bananas (Musa AAA) to cultivate “Cavendish” for export, at a scale of 1:000,000 in Colombia, as a result of processes of strengthening planning of efficient use of rural land and land adaptation at a national level carried out by UPRA, aimed at directing investment in the agricultural sector.

This document presents the technical report of the suitability zoning for bovine milk production in grazing for both the domestic and export markets in Colombia, at a scale of 1:100,000. This work is developed by UPRA as part of the processes aimed at strengthening the planning of efficient rural land use and land improvement, with the objective of guiding investment in the agricultural sector.

This booklet illustrates the step-by-step procedure for calculating the Family Agricultural Unit (UAF) at the municipal level, based on homogeneous physical units, within the framework of the methodological guidelines and criteria defined in Agreement 167 of 2021, issued by the Board of Directors of the National Land Agency (ANT) and its technical annexes.

The technical report is provided for the zoning of suitability for grazing-based goat (Capra hircus) production in Colombia, at a scale of 1:100,000. This is the outcome of processes aimed at strengthening efficient rural land use planning and land adaptation conducted by UPRA, with the purpose of guiding investments in the agricultural sector.

The Rural and Agricultural Planning Unit (UPRA), understanding the fundamental role that the ACFC has in this context of multiple crises, and following international and national guidelines, especially those contained in the National Development Plan 2022-2026 Colombia, World Power of Life, makes available to the interested public this document, which is the result of at least seven years of studies and contributions to the strengthening of peasant, family and community agriculture systems carried out by the entity.
