This document presents the Productive and Social Organization Plan of Rural Property (POPSPR) for Atlántico as a departmental Agricultural Rural Development Strategy. It is the outcome of a participatory territorial planning exercise led by the Atlántico Governorship with technical support from the Rural Agricultural Planning Unit (UPRA).

The Productive and Social Organization Plan of Rural Property (POPSPR) is the technical instrument that guides long-term strategic planning and the management of agricultural development in the rural territory of the Huila department.

This document contains the Productive and Social Organization Plan of Rural Property (POPSPR) for the Meta department. It is presented as a departmental Agricultural Rural Development Strategy that consolidates the contents of various documents resulting from the process.

This document follows the guidelines of the policy for social organization of rural property in the Quindío department. It aims to provide a planning instrument for its agricultural sector with a long-term vision and, effectively, establish a mechanism to achieve its development.

The Tolima Governorship, in coordination with various entities linked to the agricultural sector, has developed a working agenda for the structuring and formulation of the productive and social organization policy of rural property.
