In compliance with the provisions of the General Archive of the Nation, in Agreement 046 of 2000 "By which the procedure for document elimination is established", and Agreement 004 of 2019 in article 22. Document Elimination, as well as defined in Law 1712 of 2014 Transparency Law which establishes in its article 11, literal j, that Information Assets must be proactively published, before the document elimination process, the entity must publish the inventory of documents that have met their retention time and can therefore be eliminated, on the website or, failing that, in the existing disclosure media, for a period of sixty (60) business days, so that citizens can send their observations on this process to the entity and the General Archive of the Nation Jorge Palacios Preciado.
