Administrative Procedures

Defined by the Public Administration Department as: "Other administrative procedures for users". It is a set of actions that users voluntarily take to obtain a product or service offered by a public or private administration institution that performs administrative functions, within the scope of its competence. It is characterized by not being mandatory for the user and not having any cost for the user.

This OPA is legally supported by Decree 4145 of 2011 and Law 1551 of 2012. 

Cost
Our OPA has no cost to citizens. 

Purpose 
Obtain information on the orientation of land management policies for agricultural uses and the guidelines, criteria and instruments to be considered in management and efficient use of rural land, to prepare the Territorial Land-use Plan and the Development Plan of a territorial entity.
