Document Management

The document management process is a set of administrative and technical activities aimed at planning, managing and organizing documentation produced and received by UPRA through the application and implementation of archival guidelines and instruments, in accordance with current legislation. The foregoing to ensure correct administration and custody of all information produced or received by UPRA throughout its life cycle, in order to safeguard the institutional memory and administer the Management System.
