This technical document is part of the results (annexes) of the formulation process of the Departmental Agrologistics Plan for Meta, specifically, the characterization phase; which seeks to identify and analyze the current state of the logistics of productive alternatives prioritized in the territory, analyzing different aspects through four thematic axes: institutionality and regulations; human, social and business capital; infrastructure and services; and information and communications technologies.
