This document establishes conceptual bases, challenges, institutional framework, strategic objectives and lines of action, activities, goals and the institutional offer for the period 2014 to 2018 of the productive planning component of the strategy for agriculture and rural development of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MADR).
