The study of agroecological-based family farming experiences in Colombia shows that it is a viable option to promote food security while contributing to the efficient use of land, biodiversity conservation, and the provision of ecosystem services. The result of this study is a product of contributions provided by stakeholders involved, including producer organizations, academia, and government institutions.
