​Professional Agrologist, PhD candidate in Geography, Master in Business Administration (MBA), Specialist in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with studies in river basins, territorial prospective and regional planning. 

She has extensive experience in the public sector associated with planning, formulation of guidelines, monitoring and evaluation of policies on issues of distribution, subdivision, concentration, access and regularization of land tenure, rural land market, planning and territorial management, agricultural planning, rural development and land use planning. With extensive knowledge and experience in spatial data infrastructure, geographic, cartographic, agrological and land register information management.  

Teacher of geographic information management issues and rural planning issues. Author, coordinator, editor and co-author of various publications on these topics. 

She holds the position of Technical Director of Property Planning and Land Market at UPRA.
