The technical report on the zoning of suitability for the commercial cultivation of white shrimp (Penaeus vannamei) in land-based ponds for human consumption in Colombia at a scale of 1:100,000 is presented below. This is the result of the processes of strengthening the planning of the efficient use of rural land and the adaptation of lands carried out by the UPRA in conjunction with technical efforts with the National Aquaculture and Fisheries Authority (AUNAP) aimed at directing investment in the agricultural sector.
