The first meeting of mayors for the agricultural development of Caldas had the presence of different national and departmental government entities, including the Rural Agricultural Planning Unit (UPRA), which presented the programs available for the territorial planning of the sector for departments, municipalities, and districts, as well as the Agricultural Territorial Kit.

It is important to note that UPRA is conducting a series of meetings with the different agricultural secretariats of the country, including those of Antioquia, Valle del Cauca, Tolima, Norte de Santander, Meta, and Guaviare, with the purpose of establishing an agenda for the next four years.
In each meeting with the departments, UPRA is presenting the benefits of the Agricultural Territorial Kit, which has 10 axes or strategic lines for formulating Territorial Development Plans.
