Water-Based Planning

"Land Management Around Water is a program of actions that addresses the need to build and implement a new vision of land adaptation in irrigation planning. This will allow us to overcome the obstacles that this component of the national agricultural policy has faced and significantly increase the proper use of irrigation in rural productive activities.
